Who we are (data controller)
All In Makelaardij is the trade name under which we work as an NVM buying agent. We are the data controller for the personal data collected through this website and during our services.

Which personal data we process
If you fill in the contact form on the website, send us an email or start a buying support process with us, we may process the following data among others: name, address details, email address, telephone number and information you provide yourself about your housing wishes, your financial situation and the purchase process.
During your purchase (from the search to the handover of the keys) we may also process data relevant to the valuation, the offer, the negotiation, the conditions precedent (clauses that let you cancel the purchase under certain conditions) and the building survey. Think of information about the property for sale and correspondence with selling parties, the notary and others involved.
Technical data may also be collected automatically through the website, such as your IP address and browsing behaviour, for example by means of cookies. When you submit a form, we also send along which campaign, advertisement or website brought you to us and which page you arrived on, so we know which advertisements lead to requests. What we use your data for, and on which legal basis
We use your personal data for the following purposes: answering your questions, drawing up a proposal, carrying out the buying support (including communication with sellers, the notary and other parties involved), invoicing our services and complying with legal obligations.
The processing of your data is based on the following grounds under the GDPR: performance of the buying support agreement we conclude with you, your consent (for example for certain cookies), a legal obligation (such as administrative or tax obligations), or our legitimate interest in maintaining client contact and improving our services.
Sharing data with third parties
If you request a proposal, we pass your request on to one affiliated NVM buying agent who will guide you: your name, phone number, email address, the area you are searching in and your answers on the form. We do not pass your details to any other agent. This happens through our own request system, hosted by TransIP. If you only request the step-by-step guide, your details are not passed on.
To carry out the purchase we share necessary data with third parties involved in the transaction, such as the selling party and/or their agent, the notary and, if applicable, a building surveyor. That only happens to the extent needed for the proper completion of your purchase.
We may also use third parties that provide services to us, such as website hosting, email services or accounting software. Where the GDPR requires it, we conclude a data processing agreement with these processors. For the website and requests those include TransIP (website hosting), HighLevel (client management and sending email about your request) and Google (website statistics, advertising and reCAPTCHA, the spam protection on the forms).
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We only provide it to others if this is legally required or necessary for the performance of the agreement.
Retention periods
We do not keep your personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is legally required (such as the tax retention obligation for administrative data).
