What happens after you fill in the form

You answer a few short questions about your plans, the type of home you are looking for and your price range. We then call you. Your dedicated agent calls you personally.

In that call we discuss your situation: where you are looking, what your budget is and what you are running into in the bidding process. We then explain how the process works and exactly what you get for €2,499. We only use your details to contact you.

After the call you decide for yourself whether to go ahead. You are not committed to anything and there is no second round of calls.

Who this request is for

Have you lost a bid before, or are you still working out what a buying agent does and what it costs? Both are a good reason for a call.

We only do buying support, throughout the Netherlands. That runs from the search and the viewings through the valuation, the offer and the negotiation to the conditions precedent and the handover of the keys at the notary. Conditions precedent are clauses in the purchase agreement that let you withdraw without penalty within an agreed period, for example if your mortgage falls through.
