What the guide gives you
Are you working out how buying a home in the Netherlands actually works, or what a buying agent can do for you? Then this guide is a good starting point. It shows what happens between the moment you start looking and the day you get the keys.
Have you lost a bid before, or do you find it hard to judge what a home is really worth? The guide gives you something to hold on to, without committing you to anything.
It comes from All In Makelaardij, a buying agent working throughout the Netherlands. We handle your entire purchase for a fixed fee of €2,499, with one dedicated NVM agent from the first call to the handover of the keys. If you do not buy a home, you pay nothing.
- What a valuation is: a substantiated estimate of what a home is realistically worth
- How you build up an offer and a bidding strategy
- What conditions precedent are: the terms under which you can withdraw without penalty, for example if the financing falls through
- How a building survey works and what to do with the outcome
- What happens at the notary and during the handover of the keys
- What kosten koper means: the costs a buyer pays on top of the purchase price, such as transfer tax and notary fees
What happens after the form
You fill in your name and email address and receive the guide by email. We only use your details to send you the guide and to contact you if you ask us to. There is no compulsory phone call.
If, after reading, you want to know what buying support means in your situation, you answer the short set of questions for a proposal. We will then call you.
The fee for buying support is €2,499, all-in. That covers our work as your agent. Transfer tax, notary fees, a valuation report, a building survey and mortgage advice are paid separately to other parties.
