How to reach us

You speak or write directly to your dedicated agent. That is the same person who handles your whole purchase, from the first call to the handover of the keys at the notary.

We work throughout the Netherlands. For a viewing or a valuation we come to the property.

We are happy to speak English; you do not need to arrange anything for that.

What happens after your request

After you fill in the form, we call you. We only use your details to contact you.

In that call we go through your situation: where you are looking, what your plans are and what is coming your way in the buying process. After that you know exactly what we do and what it costs. Buying support costs €2,499, a fixed amount that covers all of the agent's work. If you do not buy a home, you pay nothing. You settle at the notary, through the deed.

Transfer tax, notary fees, a valuation report, a building survey and mortgage advice are paid separately. Those costs go to independent third parties and are therefore not part of the €2,499.

The call and the proposal are free of obligation. You are not committed to anything until you decide to go ahead.
