Nature of the services
All In Makelaardij offers buying support for private home buyers. You get one dedicated NVM agent, a member of the NVM, who handles the whole process personally. The support costs a fixed all-in fee of €2,499 per purchase, on a no cure no pay basis: if you do not buy a home, you pay nothing. The amount is settled through the notarial deed.
The support includes the search brief, viewings, the valuation, the offer and the negotiation, the conditions precedent (clauses that let you cancel the purchase, for example if your mortgage falls through), the building survey and the handover of the keys. Your dedicated agent carries out every purchase personally; we do not work with a network of other agents.
Please note: the fixed fee covers our agent's fee. Transfer tax, notary fees, a valuation report, a building survey and mortgage advice are paid separately to the party concerned.

All In Makelaardij is active throughout the Netherlands, with extra focus on North Holland, Flevoland, Friesland, Groningen, Drenthe, Overijssel, the Utrecht region and the Veluwe.
